Chance, acid rapper, soccer hacky sacker, cocky khaki jacket jacker.Whatever you want to call him, he’s still most likely on your radar. Especially after going on Jimmy Fallon and announcing the release of his upcoming album titled The Big Day. Chance . has done crazy things with music in the past. Arguably, Chance may be one of the most diverse lyrical artists that has ever lived. Im expecting nothing but greatness from the “Owbum”. There is no doubt that Chance will take over the charts with his album. Especially now that he is all grownup and sees life a different way now. He really captures this point on “The Man Who Has Everything”, a track he posted a few months ago. Chance has some cruel and unusual verses that just click with the listener. Thats why the public cant wait for the big day.

YBN Cordae is also expected to drop his debut solo album titled The Lost Boy. In some ways Cordae and Chance are very similar. They both hate being normal so they go outside the box to create artistic metaphors and other forms of figurative language that flow like a river. Personally I don’t think chance and Cordae are competing on July 26th. I think they planned to drop some music for the world to have a good day. Both rappers are enlightened from coming up and have a different perspective on the world. This music should be more about the good not the pain. The vibes or both albums should be great.

Lil Keed continues to release the best tracks of 2019. Friday brought another one titled “Its Up Freestyle”. Let me tell you folks this is an absolute slap! This beat may be the most bass-heavy, kick-filled beat that he has ever done. First line gave me the chills it was so cold. “walked in walked in, the Bentley truck is crawling.Gucci sweats, woulda thought I was Jogging.” Keed is too cold. He screams. He whispers. he talks. He’s got true slime flow and it is very noticeable. He’s got YSL slang.Play this song at a party to turn some heads.

Speaking of cold rappers… NLE CHOPPA. This kid is bonkers. Some of the coldest songs around . The new released youtube music video is the unreleased “Shotta Flow 3”. This song is just as hard as number 1 and 2. If not harder. This is the type of bass that your crazy late night friends are craving.Get the whole party going with the third shotta flow!

Post Malone dropped a single with Young Thug on Friday that took over the internet quick.”Too much pleasure is pain”, Post says in the song.Its the classic Post emotion that gets in your mind and makes you feel something with the music. Even Young Thug makes you feel on this song. overall the best song out right now. Im expecting an album soon from post as well as thug so we can keep our eyes out.

If your lookin to lose your mind to a lit song…I got that too. SHOTTA FLOW REMIX (FEAT. BLUEFACE). Easily the hardest song out right now. Everything about the song is LOUD and flooded with bass. A song that cannot be played without going hard to it.You cant just casually listen to this song you have to get goin.If you haven’t heard wait till you are with someone in a car. Play it and go off. Fresh Out Fridays #5

J.COLE. J.COLE. J.COLE. Dreamville is more than J.Cole. Dreamville, the music record company that J.Cole is apart of is more than just him. It consists of Cole himself, J.I.D, EARTHGANG, Young Nudy, Bas and a lot more artists. They dropped their third record label mixtape on Friday and it was outstanding. The Music is so unique and tackles all genres of rap. J.Cole may not be the whole album but he leads the way throughout the tape.

On a completely different side of music is the new Marshmello album. Joytime 3 is the dessert shaped artists 3rd studio album and is completely different than the others. On this one he brings in a lot of other artists to give a variety of different kinds of bass drops and sounds. This is definitely the best he has ever done on an album. much harder and less childish. I will listen to a lot of his music in the future.

FRESH OUT FRIDAYS #4

Chance the Rapper’s made his first famous mixtapes back in 2012 & 2013. It has been 7 years since he dropped his first mixtape , 10 Day. Now both 10 Day and Acid Rap are officially available on all platforms. This is a first. Chance is definitely trying to put hype on his new album that is supposedly dropping sooner than we expected. He has risen to the top with his last mixtape, Coloring Book, which lived on the billboard top 100 from 2017-2018.

Chance is expected to do great things on the next album and has continued to show his enthusiasm in recent singles like “Groceries” or “The Man Who Has Everything”. The new album should blow up quick.

Dj Mustard Also released a really good mixtape called Perfect Ten. The tape has many artists on it like Future, Gunna and Young Thug. Mustard is now one of the most famous DJs of all time. The beats and sounds he puts together are Vibrant and smooth. Most songs of his hit the charts quick.

On Friday, Gucci Mane dropped his 14th studio album titled Delusions of Grandeur. Gucci Mane has been in the game for a very long time now. Gucci remembers when he was coming up and when he got famous and he looks at it all from years perspective. He brings in newly famous rappers to push this point. Lil Baby, Gunna, Meek Mill, Lil Uzi Vert, A Boogie Wit a Hoodie and Peewee Longway make appearances on his album as newly famous rappers. At the same time Gucci brings that nasty, cold, up-beat flow to the whole album. He compliments the new rappers.

This whole album shows why Gucci is always gonna be the father of trap. Gucci shows why he deserves the iced out jewelry, expensive cars, and luxurious houses that he has gained throughout his career. He may have it all but he says he doesnt need it to enjoy life. On the Track “special” he exclaims ” I don’t need diamonds to make me special.” G

Gucci has it all figured out.

So does Lil Baby. Lil Baby dropped a single on friday titled “Out the Mud” featuring Future. The song quickly hit the Billboard top 100. Lil Baby has one of the smoothest flows that has come about recently. He has top shelf lyricism and a true love for the hustle.

Baby has came out with more than a few hits in the past few years. He has reached the money. On “Out the Mud” he talks about giving money to the gang for being loyal. He raps “Rep the whole gang, i’m out the hood I put em on the payroll.” He’s finally “out the mud” and he has no problem bringing the gang with him. He a true gangster and he speaks it and will speak it in the future.

Mumble rap. Some love it. Some hate it. “Lil Keed” brings mumble rap to a whole different style that fuzes hiphop, rap and R&B. For that reason, Keed has risen to the top with his album, Long Live Mexico, rising to the number 2 spot on Apple Music. Keed’s Music is something different. He offers a high, Young Thug like voice with Trippie Redd and Gunna type flows. His talent shines on tracks like “Ride the Wave” and “Just a Dream.” Most songs focus on where he is at now and what he believes. He believes in a designer lifestyle with respect to those who got him there. Songs like “Pull out” and “Rockstar” keeps the energy flowing and will bump on any speakers. Much more will come out of Keed’s career we will see in the future.

Lil keed wasn’t the only person dropping fire this past Friday. Blueface, another up and coming rapper from the west, dropped a single with the multi-platinum record having Rich the Kid. The song is called “Daddy”. Lyrics in this song make the listeners vibe but also they’ll make you laugh. “She call me daddy, I don’t even know her mama.” Blueface makes that the hook and like all Blueface songs, it will make you laugh but it will be stuck in your head. This song hit the top charts and maxed out at the five spot on Apple Music.

This friday Future Hendrxx dropped his surprise R&B album titled “Save Me”. His 7 song mixtape differs from his other music. Future brings a new style of singing with passion over slow instrumentals with quality bass to liven the music. In his first track XannaX Damage he announces his struggles with love and how he feels his heart being fooled by the drugs. As famous as he is he still cant beat the pain that comes with heartbreak. He really puts the listener in his shoes on the album to feel how he is feeling.

On a different note, recently rising rapper, Tee Grizzley dropped his second studio album titled Scriptures. This 14 song album has numerous surprising choppy flows that bring a whole new energy to the bass heavy instrumentals. Tee Grizzley really asserts dominance in the rap game with Tracks like Sweet Thangs and Heroes. He talks about his new life after rising to the money. Grizzley also calls out fake rappers trying to  make it with mumble rap. Grizzley shoots to let other rappers know hes doing his own thing with his crew. He doesn’t need help any more. “If you ain’t with the gang then its open season”

The #3 spot goes to Polo G and his first studio album titled Die a Legend. Polo G hit billboard music charts with his fast rising track titled “Pop Out” featuring Lil Tjay. Polo’s life was quickly transformed. He speaks of never expecting this and what he came from on Lost Files and Dyin Breed. Polo hits it big again on Track number 3 of Die a Legend.  On Through da Storm Polo G puts down some verses about how his life has gone and how he respects the ones he has lost. His hook is catchy and sticks with listeners. He says “Know my grandma still with me, when I get cold I feel her spirit”. He respects what he has lost though out his journey as he goes into a meaningful album  journey.
